"We came to Gilbert to attend a family funeral so we needed a place last minute. Randy and Cindy had the cabin clean and warmed up before we arrived. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The view of the Guyandotte River is nice and the area is peaceful and quiet. The cabin was decorated beautifully. You won't find a better value for what you get in return."

"Wild wood cabins, is a great place to stay to ride the rock house trails on the Hatfield McCoy trail system. trail 15 & 17 only few hundred yards down the road. "We stayed in cabin 3. Just two of us. Didn't need anything larger. The cabins are clean and all have all the amenities you need to cook small meals and make coffee in the morning before hitting the trails. There is a picnic table, fire pit and grill for when outside. Randy is the most accommodating and nicest person. This was our first time on the Hatfield McCoy trails and will definitely be coming back here to stay."
