"If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble by not moving here!! I regret it everyday. I have never felt so personally victimized by a downstairs neighbor and THE LEASING office! After 3 years of being a respectable tenant by paying my rent on time, I have found this past year to be the worst as they bring in new management and make up a ton of silly rules THEN spam your email with threats to evict you if you don’t obey smh. I pay $1,145.00 a month for THIN floors, fake balcony, NO washerndryer, and constant harassment from downstairs neighbor & leasing office. I SHOULD ONLY HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PAYING MY RENT!!"

"Still haunted by the experience in this apartment complex. Ruined my credit with lies about late fees. Ruined my reputation with random jive about my history that has nothing to do with me. I feel stalked, genuinely scared of the lack of civility I received by the people that work here. And they stole my bed."

"The absolute worst experience of our entire lives! First off our air broke in the middle of July and no one was coming to fix it anytime soon. We have a Siberian Husky and it was extremely dangerous for him to be in that kind of heat and they didn’t care. We had mice all the time and they would leave traps in our apartment without telling us! They continually raised rent in the middle of a global pandemic. And best of all they will send out a cop to your house over carpet cleaning almost a year and a half after we moved out. They won’t send letter or even give you a phone call saying that you owe them money they just go straight to calling the cops. This is also after we never missed a single payment and we always payed on time. They also kept our security deposit and on top of that we payed a pet deposit! We never knew we owed them money and would have happily payed it but now we have to pay for carpet cleaning and court fees!! I want to warn people so you don’t get robbed by these greedy money hungry people!!!"

"Positives: Convenient location. Gas stove. Negatives: YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK NO MATTER HOW SPOTLESS YOU LEAVE THE PLACE!!!!! During the initial walk through I pointed out spots on the carpet and a dirty bath tub. After only 7 months of living there (much time not even in the apartment due to travel to other states) they charged me $230.00 to clean the carpet and "move out cleaning fee". How do you charge someone for a carpet that THEY complained about before even moving in? Also my wife and I only used 2 of the 3 rooms... the 3rd room was storage room for books and clothes. They 2nd bedroom had a desk a lamp books and clothes in the closet. (med student study room) We left that place spotless spending an entire week checking every corner... and we get charged for a "move out cleaning fee". Ladies and gentlemen....This is a mediocre stay with sketchy neighbors.... and again.... YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!"
