"It is an OK hotel, but was way over priced. We paid a base room price of $239 for a Friday night in October. Add an additional $27.01 in taxes and fees. We were told it was because of football season. Maybe all hotels in the area jack up their prices in football season."

"There is no way Dennis at the front desk should be working there. When I tell you that he was beyond rude and ruthless to me. I was trying to explain to him that my card said the charges were pending and when I tell you he took it to a whole another level. Got very hostile with me. When I mention that y'all did try to take something because it shows it on my account. His response was " I didn't take anything out of your account" So I asked him to calm down because you can tell he was getting upset. He turned the entire computer around, raised his voice pointing at his screen and was talking to me as if I was child and I didn't understand what was happening. He then tells me " you know what you don't have to stay here I'm just gone cancel your reservation". When I ask if I could get the managers number or cooperate. He tells me I can call 911 if I want to talk to someone and leave. When I ask to speak to a manager again he says he was the manager. But he is not I found that out when I called cooperate. Remind you that it's still pending on my account 6 days later. I was treated rudely and unfairly for no reason. I never raised my voice the entire time this man stood there and talked down on me. I left out of there with tears in my eyes. I held my composer beyond what anyone else would have done. He was very provoking and I hope that he does not do that to anyone else cause it could have gone another way. I have called cooperate and told him about how I was treated and I will continue to call until he no longer works there. No one should ever have to be treated the way this man treated me. Be aware of Dennis at the front desk. He needs to be fired and I won't stop until he is. I spent another hour trying to find another room for my 5 year old son and I to stay cause we were out of town visiting. What a horrible experience. All my son knows is I got back in the car crying. He needs to be fired ASAP."
