"Honestly, the place is falling apart. The work is shotty, and I’m constantly having to work around the short cuts they took to turn this apartment around and get it rented as quickly as possible. It’s impossible to get anything fixed around here. My bathroom door frame has been hanging off the wall for weeks and my upstairs gets no heat. The rent is constantly going up, consistently every year now. Majority of the overpriced laundry machines don’t actually work. I haven’t found a dryer yet that dries my load of clothes in one run. But I do enjoy my neighbors and it’s a peaceful neighborhood. UPDATE: I was contacted and maintenance came the next day. The maintenance worker was very kind and was happy to fix the door frame for me. in conversation, he let me know that he was fairly new to this complex but enjoyed working for them. He even helped me close the downstairs stuck vents to try to push some heat upstairs since we were lacking another solution."
