"Very unprofessional and rude! I requested a showing of a rental I was interested in, Christine Daily from remax called and left me a voicemail stating that there were a number of people interested in the rental and there was going to be a group showing at 3:30. I showed up early and another couple showed up shortly afterwards we waited for about 30 minutes before I called the agent. On the phone she stated that nobody confirmed the showing so she didn't show up, I told her that on her voicemail she hadn't said to confirm,she said to just show up if I was interested. She then said she didn't have time to confirm with everyone she had called. I told her that she contradicted herself and her reply was "whatever, I'm done" and she hung up the phone. I then went to the office to let them know how their agent had behaved towards me and the lady apologized but said there was nothing she could do. All I want to do is find a house for my 1 year old son and I because we have outgrown the one we currently live in, we didn't deserve to be treated this way in the least!"
