"I would not advise anyone who doesn’t have to move here, it was the worst three years living there and the worse thing you can complain to the cooperate office and that won’t do any good because the head person in charge is good friends with the property management and cover up for her, it’s so sad to say because I’m not prestige at all and don’t care if your skin color but this property if you are not Hispanic you can for get it she target anyone that isn’t and instead of her looking at the tenant they need to investigate the rental office what’s going on behind the scenes people working there under the table no visitors parking offered if you have company coming in town to visit no where for them to park after hours people living here that she knows don’t have legal status made up pay stubs if you can go somewhere else"

"I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ANYBODY RENTS A PLACE FROM SUNNYGATE VILLAGE APARTMENTS! Management is the worse management team I’ve ever seen and talked to, Christina Valenzuela is the worse community manager on site! They will try and evict you for every little thing possible even just off of hear say, they are very nosey, they make living here in this apartment community very hard for you throughout your stay! The water gets cold fast during the winter, the playground area is not a place where your children can go and have fun, they send notices complaining about children just about every other week. They try to evict you for having visitors and family coming to stay at your house for a certain amount of days and they don’t offer any parking for visitors, they don’t even offer visitors passes and they tow you even if you live here. they put 5-day notices on doors even after you have paid your rent on time just to try to make you look like a bad tenant, They even take you to court for being not even a whole month late on small amounts of rent. And if you are late your late fee is $140.00! So ifyour looking for a welcoming peaceful living environment for you and your families Sunnygate Village Apartments is not where you want to stay for a year. You will become miserable due to the fact of how negative and unwelcoming the rental office Managers can be towards you. They may seem welcoming when you first apply but it is all a Scam to get your money! Worse year ever residing here in the Sunnygate Village Apartments."

"Did not enjoy living here, fees over everything, pool and playground is too small, they have people who take pictures of your yard if you have one thing on it. Christina favors certain people and is very rude and has no compassion for anyone who isn’t Hispanic. Betty is nice but has to listen to Christina since she isn’t he manager, they have no fun activities and no good customer service....if you can live elsewhere"
