"Awesome facility! Awesome staff! Our children (4 & 7) have been enrolled in swim lessons for a few months now and they LOVE it! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Their safety practices are great for smaller swimmers. When we enrolled our boys they could not swim at all and now within just a few months they are swimming! I love that it’s never over crowded. The lifeguards are great. Very professional. The swim instructors are very knowledgeable and work well with children at every level. I highly recommend. If you are trying to come for family reservations they open up like 22 hour ahead online, call and get the details for booking online, they are very helpful with providing the information needed to book online if you are having difficulties reserving your spot."

"How much money did they waste on this place for 2 or 3 people to be in there at a time?? Discontinue reservations!.. they said this was from covid. Thats OVER. You can't get the reservation system to work...can't get the app to work. They wont make a reservation over the phone??? They're closed for half of the day. Why??? I personally pay $50 a month for my YMCA membership, imagine how much money this place is making. You can't pay people a little more and get staff members? Do I need to go on?"

"This location is AWFUL. Even when you're following the rules, the staff will threaten and berate you. The 2 strike system is worthless when the staff picks and chooses who to enforce these "rules" on. On top of the terrible management, the place is disgusting. MOLD in the playarea, where CHILDREN play, how is that acceptable?! Maybe management could spend less time DISCRIMINATING against larger families and get off their LAZY butts and clean. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, this place, especially the manager is awful. Don't waste your money, you'll be kicked out anyways for whatever "rule" they've made up that day --- today(6/17/23) it was you can't sit NEXT TO the water. Could be because Lord Farquad(the lifeguard)is a miserable person on a RACIAL power trip, who knows, but he literally berated a family and continued to harass them as they were trying to leave. It's 2023, do better."

"This is the second time we’ve given YMCA, and this location in particular, a chance. We have had our membership renewed for less than a month and will be cancelling already. There’s no consistency to the rules being enforced, barely any consistency to the life guards (high employee turnover is telling), and the way that certain employees treat the customers is disgusting. In addition, the facility is always a bit gross. There’s mold growing around the children’s play area, and the times offered are limited. 3 options to swim and a limited amount of reservations is outrageous with our monthly fee. This location should be ashamed of themselves. Editing to add, I will be calling corporate to report the issues we’ve dealt with."

"I love having my daughter learn to swim at this facility. The staff is amazing and very welcoming and helpful. The facility is always clean and the bathrooms are spacious and always clean. I definitely recommend this YMCA to anyone looking for a fun place to take the kids to swim and play."
