"3 times I have been here and they aren't open when they say so. 4.50 pm closed but sign says 5 pm. Also called 30 mins ago to make sure they were going to be opened. Lady said yes...drove all the way here and they are closed."
"Visited today for a gasket and the lady working was incredibly rude. My husband asked if they had the part and she just snapped at him that she didn’t have anything like that. Even if you don’t have the part (he wasn’t even given the chance to explain what it was) you don’t have to be rude to anyone who comes in the door! What a first impression…we won’t be back! What a disappointment"
"Visited today for pool chemicals for opening pool. Zero bacqucil products on the shelf. Sales lady says one customer was greedy and bought everything she had. Well hmmm, seems like the store was greedy and didn't limit products so all customers could have a chance at getting what they need. Shame on Leslie Pools."
"Talked to Terry last week to get info on chemicals for a new inflatable pool. Went by the store yesterday and Terry went over and beyond in making sure we used the right chemicals to enjoy and be safe in our pool. Thank You. Dan & Joan"
