"I'm very disappointed as a frequent visitor. I booked my wedding reception here, we had a very unfortunate event take place while on our honeymoon, that cost us alot out of pocket. I previously had payed a deposit for an after hours pool party. The deposit was $100.00, the party was going to be $300.00. After everything that happend which made it impossible for us to go on with the party, I had to cancel. This cancellation is well within notice. We had paid our deposit two weeks prior, and recieved a receipt. Susan, one of the owners had emailed me back "Im so sorry to hear that. But we would have to keep the deposit. Good luck, Susan". If it would have indicated anywhere on the Website, Application or any Emails that it was non refundable, I wouldnt have been so shocked. There's nothing indicating that the deposit is non refundable anywhere at all. There is one small "underlined link" that says "pool rules" that you can not click, or find anywhere on the website. I would understand if I had canceled a week before, but there is no available information. Be weary when booking a party, there is no clear information, or a contract to sign. I am out $100.00 which may not seem like much to most, but for my husband and I, it's alot of money. I didn't expect compassion from these wealthy owners, but I do expect a clear written agreement, or at the very least clear terms and conditions on the website or application. They got us for $100.00. Pure Greed, and Sheisty buisiness from wealthy owners."

"Rented the pool for my grandson's birthday party . Was not informed that I would have to share the pool with others at the time of his party . Was informed when we arrived that 50 more and later on that evening would be private . Ok so at this time it's to late to change so had to go on with the party . Was told we could set up at 3 but was later told I was told 3:10 after the email complaint .. So we started sitting up for the party . The party before did clean but the ground was nasty . We had to fight about 3 to 400 flies the whole time . So we went on with the fight party , fired up the grill and had to cut it off because it caught fire. Was later told by the one of the owners that it's not her fault because we don't know how to work a grill .. it's not my fault that this place is nasty and needs to be cleaned and sprayed daily !! The pool is nice but paying 200 for this is not worth it . Wish it was a way to leave a negative in front of the stars"

"Hi Chris! This is Susan, my husband and I own the swim club. We have 6 lifeguards, four are college graduates where two are school teachers who come back every summer, one is a college student and one who is almost 16 years old. My husband is usually at the Swim Club. We encourage our lifeguards to interact with everyone, including playing with the many kids that come to hang out and have fun. Of course, safety is our top priority and I'm sorry that you where concerned. We have talked to all of the lifeguards and we encourage everyone to talk to the lifeguards if they have a concern and we can guarantee you that they will do something about it. "They do not have mature responsible life guards on duty. Young teenagers were being allowed to throw a full sized leather football in the pool. I finally had to intervene after my daughter was almost hit. Know one wants to have their child's nose broken or teeth knowed out while trying to enjoy a nice day in the pool."
