"We came today to Find a dog for my father in law. He left the place crying. He cried in front of Her too, Jamie the store manager. She said we have to wait for the store manager 1:00 pm And she was the manager. Why she lied to us ??? My father in law Bob lost his dog on cancer last week. He is 89 years old he needs a dog for emotional support. I think she did not like me because I am from Cuba ( not sure ) But I am a citizen of this country and worked for 15 years at Loudoun County Goverment. Anyways We wanted to adopt but she said that the two options that he pick can’t be possible because they are scare and they don’t like to walk on Leash to the front office and we can’t walk inside as we used to. Why you do have them in the pictures ??? To all the questions she said no … It looks like she don’t want us to have any Dogs. She mistreated us and he left the place crying. Also she said that the one of them he likes bite her. She said also that if my dog ( at home ) Is not fixed ) we can’t adopt I never heard that before Someone can help us please"
