"I wish I could give 0 Stars. The provider is Chandra. It took me 2 weeks to even get someone to answer the phone to book the intro webinar. Then it took me 5 months to get into the office for the"consultation" An hour before my appointment which was at 2:30pm, I was trying to call them about the directions my GPS was giving me. No one answered the phone. I ended up actually arriving, in the office, about 8 minutes late because I was across the street confused. I don't live in the area. Thats why I was calling an hour earlier. The receptionist had me wait in the lobby for 20. A client walked out, who told me she had just finished seeing Chandra. The receptionist told me that Chandra would not see me because they have a 5 minutes late policy. I accused them of double booking me. They said the previous client was the 3pm. I said I'd take the 3pm spot. They said they already have someone booked for 3pm. How in the WORLD did you do all of that in 3 minutes????? I took off 3 hours of work to do this. Wasting my time and money."
