"The staff at this office are extremely disorganized, incompetent and the communication between the office and the patient is nonexistent. You have to call several times to even get someone to answer the phone. Depending on who answer the phone (when they do answer) you can never get an accurate answer to your question. Which means you have to keep calling. You can call two days in a row and get a different response to the same question. I have been a patient for years and I could see the decline in patient care and customer service over the years (but continued to be a patient in hopes they could turn things around). After today, I am actively seeking a new eye provider. Save yourself the frustration and seek a provider that care about you, respect and value your business. In addition, they need to upgrade their selection of glasses. The ones they have on display are outdated. On a positive note the lady that works in the eye wear section (I believe her name is Cathy) is knowledgeable and friendly. If they at minimum had two more employees like her the place would be half way decent."

"I took my son to get his eyes check and we had a great experience. The staff were really nice to him and one of the staff members was so helpful she took the time to help him find a sticker he like. Lots of patience and very informative. They have good Covid standards there. Just need the building to be updated."
