"Great Psychiatrist but staff and nurses do not answer phone calls, return phone calls, and meds don’t get filled. How does a mental health facility provide mental help when a patient runs out medication which causes mental health issues ? If there is a crisis who do you call? You sure can’t call them. Poorly run. All you see is staff always redecorating the place."

"I have a problem with the african american receptionist. If you are not a people person, you should nit be a receptionist. Her attitude is condescending and nasty. Also why schedule numerous lab work on the same day to have clients sitting for more than hour. Some clients are intellectually disabled and don't understand why they have yo wait for so long which causes anxiety and behavior issues. Other than that Dr kaiser and case manager angela robinson are wonderful."
