"Dr Naveira Ahmed is the best, she don’t stop to find what happening to my health and be in contact with another doctors that are taking care of me."
"a very thorough exam and careful perusal of patient medical history - evidencing high level expertise and experience"
"Friendly office staff, and rn for vitals (weight, blood pressure, etc). Exceptional medical healthcare provider w graeat bedside manner. Doctor spent a LOT of time with me, she listened, she asked questions, she explained things and repeated them to help me remember. I would like to get a pationet communication form to list my upcoming "to do" list. I didn't have a pen in the appt, but used my phone after to write down notes. I personally prefer written checklists. Front desk gave list of contacts for many specialist options, since I got a referral. Only difficulty was finding office and parking. Nearby garage is free but not well marked. Office is above Panera, as bldg number is hard to find and Google maps has wrong entrance."
"I was referred here by my other doctor, but the front desk experience was so terrible I canceled my appointment. The lady has a terrible attitude for no reason. I hope Dr. Ahmed knows how much of a negative impact having bad staff has on her patients, and subsequently, her business."
"While I have no doubt that Dr. Ahmed is an intelligent and very knowledgeable doctor, her soft skills leave a lot to be desired. She is abrupt when you ask her questions and has a very condescending bedside manner. As a rheumatologist, with whom I need to build a longstanding relationship of mutual respect, I find this unacceptable. At my last two visits to the office I waited an hour to see the doctor, and there was no acknowledgement of the long wait. Both Dr. Ahmed and her staff make you feel that their time is more valuable than yours. If you are an active participant in your own care, I would recommend going elsewhere."
