"I had a good experience until check-out. Had an issue with the bill, and the lady at the front desk was loud, had an attitude, and raised her voice at me for asking questions. Why do places put people who aren't service friendly in the most need to be service friendly areas? Otherwise, everyone else was very nice and friendly."

"1. **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness of my room was subpar. I found dirt and dust in several areas, including the bathroom and on the furniture. This lack of cleanliness was not only disappointing but also concerning, especially in the current climate. 2. **Maintenance**: Several fixtures in the room were in need of repair. The bath tub in the bathroom was clogged, and the exhaust above the toilet was noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. 3. **Customer Service**: The staff's level of service was ok at best. I encountered professional and helpful attitudes from some of the employees. When I raised concerns about the room's condition, they were met with indifference."

"This is NOT a safe hotel. Please ready carefully before reserve your hotel. Upon my arrival and check-in at this hotel, I was initially looking forward to enjoying a comfortable stay, as I have had positive experiences with many Marriott Hotels in the past as a Platinum Elite member. Unfortunately, my stay took an unexpected turn for the worse, which has left me not only dissatisfied but also extremely inconvenienced. On August 21 2023, I parked my car in the hotel's parking lot as a guest. To my shock and dismay, during my stay, my car was vandalized while parked on its premises. This incident resulted in substantial damage to my vehicle and has incurred significant financial costs for repairs and replacement. Given the unfortunate circumstances and the severity of the situation, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation. I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of security and safety for guests' vehicles in their parking lot, and I am deeply disappointed that this trust was violated during my stay. The manager of the hotel agreed to credit back my 37k Marriott points that I used for reservations. After 20 days nothing had happen. After many calls, they returned 3.7K, just 1/10th of my credit I spent. NEVER come to this hotel again unless you want to risk yourself."

"Just spent 5 nights in this rather dumpy hotel. Would never stay there again. Checked in late due to late flight. Lobby staff super nice. Room smelled of over powering bleach. When that subsided there was a moldy smell. Many spots on bathroom counter that were partially gooey & harden. I used a clorox wipe to remove them. To my surprise 3 pubic hairs on the wipe. TOTALLY GROSS! dirt spots also on bathroom floor. Room phone did not work. Chair at desk ripped up. Went to front desk early next morning. They took that nights charge off & moved us to a different room. That room was cleaner. For two days it was difficult to get wash cloths. Kept being told they were all being washed. Air conditioner was giving off an odor. The last night was really bad. It actually kept us awake. TV would not shut off or change channels. That was taken care of with a different remote by a very nice repair man. Beds in this room not as comfy as 1st room & had an old dirty odor. Hall way smelled. Elevator dirty. Would never recommend this hotel. Shame on you Marriott. We expected better. I did call Marriott customer service before posting this review. Felt like that was a waste of time."
