"All I can say is "wow!" THIS is how primary care should be! It is such a contrast to the normal experience at a doctor's office where you sit for a long time in a crowded waiting room, and when it's finally your turn with the doctor you only get a few minutes. Not so with Dr. Anderson! He took A WHOLE HOUR with me on my first visit to get to know me, familiarize himself with my medical history, and allow me to feel comfortable with the practice. Dr. Anderson is caring, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. There are a lot of good doctors out there, and even more good people who went into medicine with good intentions but got burn out by the system. There are very, very few people like Dr. Anderson who were born to do what he does. We pay for the family plan and I cannot even count the number of times I have sent a text about an issue (my kid has an ear infection, someone got poison ivy, etc) and I ALWAYS hear back quickly. The ease of communication is worth its weight in gold. His staff is also very warm and welcoming every time I have gone in. I can tell there is a very good culture in this practice, and it makes a huge difference. I only wish I could give Kaya Health more than 5 stars!"
