"Thank you to all the staff at this urgent care center! Everyone showed me compassion and actually listened to my concerns. I was able to quickly check-in and registration was fast. I will definitely be coming back to this center if the need arises. Thank you again, for all of your hard work and commitment."
"Im actually shocked at the low rating of this location. The facility is very clean and everyone, from check-in staff to nurses and doctors, were incredibly nice. When I thanked the check in lady on my way out she responded “Feel better!” I went in on a Sunday evening and was seen within 20-25 mins. Almost didnt go because of low ratings but glad I did. Will definitely go back if in need of urgent care. Side note/helpful tip: The hours of operation mean they will take people up until that point. So if they close at 8pm and you are in the door BY 8pm, you will be seen."
"They gave me wrong diagnosis and I got worse. I went to another patient first and they gave me totally different medicine and different diagnosis. That's just one visit that went wrong. . I had another visit. I told doctor I have shortness of breath, but he didn't do anything or make any comment and just ignored me. They released me with some antibiotics. I couldn't breath overnight and I had to go to hospital emergency room at 2 am. . Guess what they charged my credit card for both two useless visits that did no benefit to me!!!"
"Reached there by 5:30 PM and left at 10:15 PM. Frustrated badly, felt like being tortured. Felt like the physicians did not know anything and kept us awaited unnecessarily. At first they kept us awaited for more than an hour by saying room will be allotted in 45 minutes. They gave us the room at 7 PM and a physician arrived at 8:30 PM almost. They didn’t even have basic facilities like water for drinking as the fountains were not working or soap in the bathroom. As soon as the physician would come and the other nurse would come looking for her as if they were all role playing and acted up. They looked so confused about what to do. Their staff was literally laughing while passing through them. We couldn’t understand of what was happening. It seemed way unprofessional. The physician also kept asking me if I needed an arm sling as I had injured my elbow. I kept saying the same thing again and again that I already have one. She sent a nurse thrice for asking the same thing. Before leaving I asked them for the Xray reports they handed us a CD and said it’s in it. But then later found out that the CD was empty. The radiologist gave us the CD without the reports. How unprofessional are they! Who uses a CD in today’s generation!?"
"The doctors, nurses, and other staff are always so friendly. I have been to Patient First several times and I have always feel comfortable there. The doctors and nurses have always been knowledge as well and they have been happy to answer any questions I had. This is the only Urgent Care facility I am willing to go to."
