"I've never had so many issues ever with a practice ordering the correct CPAP supplies, in a timely manner, and actually getting a hold of a human being to address the problems. From sending silly orders to the wrong address, sending the wrong supplies, orders arriving weeks later, it never seems to end. I'm honestly going to a different practice. It's not worth the additional stress dealing with this place."

"I was turned off by the negative reviews but i needn’t have worried - i had a very positive experience here in October 2023. Tracy was my technician and was sweet and kind and efficient. my room was clean and so quiet you could hear a pin drop . there were three others having studies at the same time but i never heard or saw them . the bed was medium firm and comfortable . i didn’t sleep well because of anxiety but that was my problem ! luckily i slept the required 2 hrs to get enough data . the wires are a bit weird but nothing to fret about . you also don’t feel like you are being watched . thanks tracy !!"
