Children's Dental Care

"I bring my kids to get their teeth cleaned to this establishment. I made an appointment three weeks ago and no one mentioned that they no longer accept Kaiser insurance or that they are no longer in network. After pulling the kids out from school and arriving at the dental place, I was told that I have to pay out of pocket for services rendered…which is not acceptable. I gave them my insurance when I made my appointment. I guess it is time for me to find them a different dental office. Unhappy customer. To the owner who replied back, please talk to your staff. Insurance information was discussed at the time of the appointment. Thanks"
