"Our time here was absolutely lovely! They went above and beyond in showing hospitality to us, showing us all the fun details of the house and accommodating our breakfast requests. We loved their free snacks and drinks upstairs, and then enjoyed the freshly baked cookies that Amber makes every afternoon. It really is the perfect place for a getaway."

"My partner and I had an amazing stay here! We’re from Australia and have been road tripping and booking accomodation as we go. We booked at about 5pm on the day we were due to arrive and to our delight they were able to accomodate us! We are at an age where we just appreciate a comfy bed to sleep in and all the recent reviews for hotels in town indicated the beds aren’t great. It was super comfortable and cosy and was nice to stay in a place where you feel right at home. There are communal living areas you can use and they even have a little snack station with complimentary snacks, coffee and drinks! The house was also beautifully decorated for Christmas which I loved. If we ever end up back in Lexington we will definitely stay here. We wished we could have stayed longer!"

"This is a beautiful huge place tucked away on a lovely street in Lexington. There is a large fire pit, a cool porch balcony to relax on, and off street parking. The lounge rooms are impeccably decorated with in period 1800s theme. The bed was fluffy! Real down comforter and fresh crisp linens. It was nice and quiet while we slept, no noisy hotel hallways here! The room was deliciously cool (early May visit). Skip the run down hotels and tuck yourself in at this lovely hidden house."

Very accommodating with my elderly Mother! Provided assistance with transportation during a very busy day at VMI! Highly Recommend!"

"Amber, Donna and family are absolutely amazing!!! We came down for our son's graduation at VMI, and they could not have been more accommodating for us. From the amazing vegan breakfast, to driving us to and from the Bed & Breakfast to the graduation ceremony. The home is gorgeous, each room is beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are completely updated. We could not have had a better experience anywhere else."
