"Front desk info, rudest person. Nurses. Nice. How you won’t let a 4 year old back to say good bye to his mom who is very ill and not knowing what the problem is. At least the nurse was nice enough to let me take our son back to say bye for a 30 second visit. Get some better costumer service because obviously these people hate their jobs. Yea I snitched in my review, do better front desk door guy, do better."

"I only had to wait for about 10 minutes before they had me in a room. The doctor was incredibly kind and compassionate, as were the nurses. Julie was my favorite. After taking blood and urine samples, it was established that I had kidney stones, a very complicated kidney infection, life threatening low potassium and sepsis. They transferred me to a different hospital and I stayed for 5 days. The doctor and nurses had the best bedside manner I've ever seen!!"

"I went in for an MRI, despite having let my doctor and the hospital know that I'm extremely claustrophobic. Aftet having a panic attack, I was put in a hallway with no escort, instructions, map, or any information where to go. I ended up outside the building, where fences prohibited me from going all the way around. I was out there for 30 minutes, and it started raining. I ended up beating on windows until a cleaning person let me in. Once inside, I was still locked into one area, with no phones, intercoms, numbers to call, anything. After a while, I saw more workers, banged on the interior doors, and was instructed where to go. Whatever happened to simple courtesy? Manners? First, do no harm? It wasn't the cleaning people or security that I'm writing about here. It was the woman on 10/20/2023 who was to perform the MRI. That's who was responsible for the ordeal."

"Been diagnosed here for 3 years with 5 CT scans and 1 PET. Every single procedure has been flawless from scheduling to execution of the test on the exam day. All the techs are awesome and caring. Have never had a painful or difficult IV for the contrast. Highly recommended. FYI, the is a new entrance during construction."

"My husband was scheduled for a MRI at early in the morning the woman in registration for surgery was no help and pushed him out and basically just said to go across the hall very vague/ as Well as another woman. There is no one working the entire area out here. No one to give any direction to anyone coming in. I watched about three people come in and leave because there was no one sitting at a desk to guide anyone. We definitely will not be returning to this location. No one in sight and the lady across the way in surgery was rude instead of accommodating with any information."
