"Great place. Very quiet while I was there. Pretty decent view of the balcony. The underground entrance from the parking lot helps a great deal once you realize it's not just for employees. It's not cheap, but It's hard to beat for the price. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again."
"Property has a great location, ski in ski out but is very tired and needs updated. In addition for two of the three days we stayed there the hot tub did not work. We called the front desk several times but it was never fixed. We got the “will let maintenance know” line. As many skiers know a hot tub after a long day is an absolute must!"
"Nice to ski right to the slopes, but a few things need replacing like the dishwasher. It was extremely loud and did not clean dishes well. It was hot as hell and we had to run the a/c. Stayed here 15 years ago. Need some upgrades for the cost. Village shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was clean when we walked in. Comforter had a nasty stain....blood? Not sure..........locker included. People above us sounded like they were dropping lead balloons for a while. Able to connect to internet and use our Roku. This review should in no way reflect on the cleaning crew who were incredibly nice and hard-working!"
"To start, as others have said it has a great location. On the other hand, there were people walking above us until at least two in the morning and the ceiling noise is unnaturally loud. I was only able to sleep for four hours. The tub was filthy (bottom disgustingly brown and hair in it), rugs matted with two large chunks of food left in front of the sink (and we didn’t eat in the room), coffee maker handle broken making it difficult to use (had to wrap a towel around and pour), the first mug I grabbed wasn’t washed, there were gross dirt marks on the bathroom wall (dried dripping funk), the emergency exit sign had it’s plastic broken and was hanging by the hinge, a ceiling light was flickering from the wire connection (we tried to tighten the light bulb but it wasn’t loose so we just kept it off), and the blanket looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. I’m not picky about where I stay, but this room is one of the two most disgusting rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was the exact opposite of what I expected given the photos displayed online by Snowshoe."
"Good location, everything is walkable to the slopes, restaurants, and shops. Load and unload at Brigham Center, where they have carts to put your luggage on, but you have to do it yourself. A hallway under the village leads to elevators to your room. After finished unloading, parking across the street. Convenient, free lockers for skiing gear and locker room for getting ski gear on. Kitchenette rooms are okay, but you can't cook from scratch. Rooms with full kitchens would be better. We made a couple dinners from home, then heated up meals in microwave (kitchenette room). Kitchenette rooms do have silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, bowls, spoons, cups, plates, though. Great WiFi and lovely fireplace, balcony. Received lower than 5 stars because no concierge, bell hop, front desk customer service not there."
