"Cute little arts center with small music auditorium with great sound system. Listened to Les Trois Chats (local jazz) and Scandimonium (Nordic Folk, and so cute to see them dance) back to back with a 30 min intermission during the Carrboro music festival all around town. Super nice staff, easy center parking so skip all street parking by the bars and restaurants. Bit hot inside but hey free."
"This terrific art center has a theater where we came to see a band called Del Amitri, and we found the seating to be good, the acoustics great, and the staff at the center were very helpful and friendly. I liked the art gallery too where we enjoyed seeing the exhibit while waiting for the concert to start. If I lived nearby I'd be here often!"
"Very nice venue right in the heart of Carrboro. I have been to a few things there and it has always been a great place for the show. Casual, but very professional, and a place that is probably overlooked a lot given its proximity to Cat's Cradle, which is a more well known venue in the area."
"I've volunteered for over 10 years in the ArtsCenter pottery studio. As with most non-profits, I've seen it move through its share of various peaks and valleys, and consistently it has remained overall a vibrant contributor to our town. It is integral to our culture here and very much a part of my life. Thanks and high fives!"
"My child attended one summer camp there, did not like it and felt boring. The materials they used were pretty simple. Activities were not attractive. The camp my child attended was just like child caring service. Not entertaining at all. They do not have appealing policy to accommodate the need of the family. Their cancellation policy is not flexible at all. I was trying to cancel it in advance. I contacted the center to request the cancellation as soon as I can, tried to reach them by phone several time but no one was there to answer it. I left a message but no one returned my call. I had to contact the youth director by email but she is inconsiderate of my family's situation and refused to do the cancellation. I am very dissatisfied with their service."
