"Do not go here if you are considering/trying to get an abortion. They will not provide unbiased information, they will try to do everything they can do get you to have a child you may not be ready for. Their website is very vague and misleading about this by design. If they really cared about women they'd make their intentions apparent and not rely on tricking emotionally vulnerable people."

"These people manipulated me to think they provided free abortion services. I was 19, pregnant, and scared. I knew if I had gotten pregnant at an age this young, I would have gotten an abortion regardless. I was led to believe that services would be free. I was relieved that this place that would help me for free, however when I asked about abortion services, the lady seemed to dance around the question. Don't prey on young girls. Take your ads off of JMU busses. I know what this organization is about."

"AVA Care's staff is absolutely phenomenal! I am pregnant with my first child, and they made me feel welcomed, comfortable and informed about every aspect of my pregnancy. When I have a quick question about anything such as otc medication, they are my first call. Wish I could remain here the entire duration of my pregnancy but I must now find an obgyn, which they even gave me a list of one's available in my county. God bless all of your staff. I thank u guys wholeheartedly! !!"
