"The level of unprofessionalism is unprecedented, the workers sit at the counter and discuss the personal lives of their coworkers who may not be present that day in great detail, they talk about people’s personal relationships and mental health and they speak about the customers disparagingly. On way too many occasions I have been made awaret of other people’s personal business and the opinions of the workers about the girl’s boyfriend and his neglect and her incompetence and need for mental help. It really is sad that the owner has time to address customers but does not address her very unprofessional employees. The owner is truly to blame for this because she has to be contributing and condoning in the pettiness and the lack of professionalism."

"I took in a playpen a walker, a highchair, a swing and the bassinet they only gave me $95 when I asked why she said that they only pay half of the value of the product. I have to say that that was a lie because first of all only the walker itself cost me $84, which means I should’ve made $40 only on that now you can imagine how much it was the rest of the stuff so they’re a complete rip off I would never bring anything in there and I was better watch out how much they charge for their stuff because if that they consider that half of the price that means they should sell it that walker alone they should sell it to you with $10"

"Great spot for baby gear and clothes especially, since they go through them SO FAST. I've gotten wonderful deals and good brands of clothing for not a lot of $ and often give gift cards here for baby shower gifts."

"Little ones grow so fast! I love the prices and selection of clothing at Once Upon a Child. I have found so many beautiful dresses for my daughter. They do a great job of stocking for upcoming seasons. I had trouble finding an Easter dress for my daughter but was able to find multiple here. They also have a great selection of toys and books."
