"Where is the manager for this place? Three female employees chatting away/not working while I stood there waiting for my drink AND I was their only customer. I had to remind them that I was waiting on my drink as my food was getting cold. Once reminded, the blond young lady made my drink and slid my drink across the counter. This is not your normal behavior from any Starbucks I have ever visited and their employees need to be let go or at best, retrained on customer service skills which they are clearly lacking. Do yourself a favor and skip this SB altogether."
