"The technician, Chris, was very nice and professional and definitely knew what he was doing/he did good work and answered any questions I had. I was surprised to be charged for the hour of time to get standard drainage parts and fittings that should have been on the truck based on Dave, the owner, knowing it was a drainage pipe leak already. Overall, the service was good but I don't think I should have been charged for not having standard drainage pipe materials on the van."
