"Gas furnace would not ignite - self diagnosed to inducer motor not coming on (necessary first step for furnace to ignite when call for heat comes from thermostat). Called A/C Masters, with whom I've always used for HVAC service and system installs, and Allen came out the next day. He diagnosed a bad control board that would not route power to the draft inducer motor (motor was ok), and a defective furnace pressure switch (stuck in open position with the inducer motor running, could not dislodge it). Thought it odd that both would fail, but he demonstrated this to me when he returned with the replacement parts. Overall great service and good value. I have been happy with A/C Masters since moving to this area."
