"Auto Pros is fabulous! The front desk is very nice, helpful, and patient. Corey was so great to me, I had no idea what was going on with my car and was freaking out a little (lot). I had a hard time explaining what was happening but he was very understanding and a generally great person about my less than helpful explanation. Turned out a mouse or something had chewed up some wires. They communicated all the details about what needed fixing, why, and the price concisely. The greatest thing was that they finished in a day! I am so grateful for their help and will definitely be coming here in the future."

"I recently chose Auto Pros for some car maintenance and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Initially, I received a quote from a local Dodge dealership for tires and brake work on my 2014 Dodge Journey, but it seemed a bit steep. After a quick Google search, I found Auto Pros and scheduled an appointment for January 3, 2024, at 8:00 AM. To my pleasant surprise, by noon the same day, Auto Pros had finished the work. They installed four new tires, replaced all the lug nuts, and performed an alignment – all for about $400 less than the dealership's quote. I also had concerns about my brakes and rotors, as the dealership had advised they needed replacement. However, after inspecting my vehicle, Auto Pros informed me that the brakes were actually in good shape. They did note that any rotor issues wouldn't be visible to the naked eye. Erring on the side of caution, I opted to replace the front brakes and rotors, and also get a brake fluid flush. Impressively, this service was over $300 cheaper than the dealership's estimate. What stood out most was their exceptional customer service, a rarity in Hampton Roads from my experience. The professionalism and honesty shown by Auto Pros have made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional mechanical services for their vehicles."

"Very professional and competent personnel. I received a call letting me know the exact issue with my car and that my car would be ready the next day if the parts were unavailable, but the parts were available and they were able to complete the work the same day in which they received my car at 8am that morning and by 3pm the work was done. "I stopped here for a state inspection that I failed, but the experience was so pleasant. The service at the front desk is exceptional, prompt, and polite. Everyone in the building including the gentleman who worked on my car were extremely informative. They brought me into the shop to carefully explain why my vehicle had failed, and even showed me what my issues were so I could be sure they were honest and fair. Beyond that, they also communicated other shops I could go to for the fairest price to repair any issues. Additionally, they printed me out a full sheet of issues to look out for in the near future so that I could keep that in mind moving forward. During a time when customer care is typically low, and every shop is looking to up-charge you, I was blown away by my experience here. They also were able to squeeze me in THE SAME DAY to re-inspect my vehicle after their recommendations. It’s usually such a hassle to find any place that takes appointments for state inspection, and they were able to see me within 24 hours twice! Their waiting area is very clean as well, equipped with coffee and water. I feel that I got better care here than I have at any other dealership/car shop. You truly feel like the people employed here care about your well being, and saving you money. Super informative and incredible experience, I will definitely visit for any other car needs.
