"I only gave three stars because we were immediately seen and out within 45 minutes. But it was extremely dirty so I was happy to be in and out."

"I will never go to this ER / hospital again, for a multitude of reasons. Problem #1 : When working with the patient coordinator, she asked us to confirm my daughter's name, DOB, address, etc. The name partially matched and DOB matched, but nothing else did. So they sent someone to the room who started asking me who the people's names on that record are and if this was our address, etc. They had pulled up another family's info. So I now know these people's address, their names, the child's full name and date of birth. This is a MAJOR violation. I don't trust them keeping data safe. Problem #2 : There were trash wrappers under the hospital bed and a mucous stain of some sort on the bedsheet. Problem #3: A man in scrubs came in as I was talking to the 1st patient coordinator and started asking questions about why we were even there. He didn't provide his name and when I told him we were referred there by an urgent care facility due to my daughter's burn, he said, "Well, I'll go see if someone from the burn side is here." and he left for about 25 minutes. I got a notification from the pharmacy that we had a new prescription for ibuprofen while we were waiting for him to come back. He returned, informed her to take the ibuprofen, buy auquaphor, and go to the burn unit the next day. I had better not receive a bill for this "care.""

"This hospital take way too long to get a new born out after 3 days of her being fine. And most of the nurses where decent but they don't have a mode for Urgency. We had an Alarm going for almost 30 mins before anyone even checked on my baby. It's not a bad hospital but they need to step up there game and move faster. They work in a hospital and they move slower then my grandmother and she uses a walker."

"Dr. Whitney was wonderful with my daughter. The entire process was fast, and professional. All of the staff encountered during the visit were cheerful, and exceeded my expectations when it comes to visiting the ER....which is not exactly at the top of my list of good times, particularly when it involves my child. Kudos to the pediatric department!"

"I showed up at 1:45 a.m. this morning with a grumpy, fussy, hurting toddler. We signed in on the kiosk and were taken back within ten minutes. The triage nurse was so sweet and patient with my little one. She took the time to explain everything to my daughter, wait for her to be comfortable and then she would proceed to give care, but not until my little one wasn't scared and understood what was being done to her and why. The doctor was coming in minutes after we got to our room with a warm smile and great attitude, despite theate hour. The doctor was sweet, energetic, kind, knowledgeable and really listened to what i had to say about my child. The only draw back was the wait time but keep in mind we're not the only emergency or even the most severe one. Honestly, with the Grade A bedside manner and care my little received Id gladly wait the couple hours,or longer if need be, to receive the care we received here. Good job ladies and gentleman at Chippenham Pediatric Emergency, you guys knocked it out of the park!"
