"We purchased a couch, a console table, and an ottoman from Esprit Decor in January 2023. In total we spent over $6,000 with this company. The couch was a floor model, so it was delivered later that week. We waited 3 months for the console table and it was delivered in the wrong stain- clearly a different color than what is on their website. My husband called Esprit Decor about it and was met with confrontation. He had to google pictures and prove to them that it was incorrect. We were told that they were reordering the correct stain. After several calls to check on the status of the replacement console and the ottoman, and two more months of waiting, we were told the console was in. When they delivered it, it was the same color as the first one! I called the owner, Beth, to explain. She offered no apologies, and only an excuse for why it happened. she explained that she has been involved from the beginning, and had talked to the Bassett furniture company about it, yet NEVER called ME to explain or apologize! I told her I wanted a refund, and because I now have to find a new console table, I want to keep this one until I get a new one. She hesitantly agreed to that and was very rude. I will NEVER buy anything from Esprit Decor again! Still waiting on my ottoman 6 months later!"

The other set was a custom order, with recliners in the couch and love seat. We had a quality issue with the custom order. The sales staff, management and manufacturer were very quick and helpful! They resolved the issue quickly. I couldn't believe how pleasant and professional the entire team was! My sister and brother-in-law just bought a new house and are buying new furniture for their new home. I highly recommended they shop at Esprit decor!"

In the last year amid Covid I was able to have carpet installed, purchase a sofa and 2 chairs and a bedroom chest mostly over the phone and had the best experience.
