"Whoever works for this company and is driving this vehicle should be fired immediately. This man almost killed me as I was driving to my doctor appointment and I'm 20 weeks pregnant. As I was merging onto the fast pass lane, he purposely sped up, tried to intentionally run me off the road into the cement wall, put his bright lights on, flicked me off and road up on me for ten straight minutes for absolutely no reason. I've never seen such erratic driver ever. I will be reporting this person and company to the authorities as well."

"I have tried since last week to shedule a service for comercial refrigerator, I spoke with Lidia and Jennifer and we agree to get somebody at 1pm on wednesday, no body showed up, at 2:30 pm I called and Jennifer told that the Tech got stuck in another job and he will come but didn't give me no timeframe. She said it could be 4, 5, or 6 pm and it will be overtime. Obviously I am not at work at that time so I canceled and sheduled fot the next day (Thursday). same history, so I tried to sheduled for Friday and Lydia told me they was already booked for Friday. So I booked for Monday sept. 11 at 5 am. I am writing this review after 6 am and no body has showed up yet. Neither Lidia or Jennifer offered no solution or help, they were repeating the word OVERTIME AFTER 4 O'CLOCK.. which I already know that, no point to keep repeating it. They didn't treat me as a customer, the way they talked to was if I was asking for free service. I also explained them that we both need each other, they need us, but we also need sertec. No professional customer service. I am able to change this review if the issue are resolve favorable to both of parties."

"At approximately 10:00 PM on August 21, 2023 while on OX Road, a driver was observed displaying signs of impairment, dangerously swerving and narrowly avoiding collisions with both nearby vehicles and the median. I alerted the authorities and maintained visual contact with the driver until their entry onto South 95. During this time, I managed to record the driver's license plate and documented the entire sequence on film. I hope the driver was caught and arrested. It's noteworthy that the larger discourse surrounding this company often pertains to issues related to their driving practices."

"Driver was too busy smoking and on his phone to even look up in moving heavy traffic. This does not display good quality, good values and definitely not professional."
