"I have been a customer here for many years, but not any longer. The last sewing job I took to them was done in a very poor manner. I asked them to repair their mistakes, but they made me wait another week for my job to be completed, and then they had nerve to charge me for the repairs they made to their mistakes. The owner of the business was who I dealt with and he obviously no longer cares about good service or pride in his work."

"Will never use their shoe repair services again. I took my expensive J Crew boots in to have the heels replaced and when I picked them up today they looked worse than when I dropped them off. A black rubber heel that looks like a hiking boot bottom was glued on and the sides have gaping cracks in them. I wish they had just called me and told me "I dont know how to repair these" so I could have taken them somewhere else. Now I'll have to anyway."

"I’ve taken 2 items here and I’ve been unhappy with the outcome each time. My first time using them I took in a pair of pants for waist alterations, I was not pleased with the results and later had had to have it redone by another seamstress who noticed the botched job. I decided to give them a second try with an easier task of simply hemming a pair of pants. I took them a full week early, but when I picked them up on the agreed upon date and got home and tried them on it was clear the hemming had not taken place despite me paying. I had to go back, drop the pants off & take measurements a second time with the promise they would be ready the next day. Upon arrival the pants still were not ready, again I tried the pants on the for the third time and had to wait for them to be completed. The length was still not to my liking, but I was in a rush and decided to leave with the pants and not return to this establishment."

"I brought $295 pair, Tory Burch shoes to have just the rubber bottom of the hill replaced. I get it back there’s a big gap in it where they glued it and you can see it between the heel and the shoe. Not only that, but it looks like they took the heel apart, removed the metal which they didn’t need to do and then put it back on lopsided. They charge me $25 for this horrendous mess. Save yourself some heartache and don’t use this business."
