"We only go to this Firestone for service. They are honest and not pushy. They found a nail in the sidewall of a tire. The tire inflation light had come on recently but I figured it was due to the sudden turn to cold weather. A new tire was less than $30 because we had bought the tires from Firestone and had the hazard coverage. I highly recommend Scott and Josh at this Firestone."

"I dropped my car off for a state inspection before they opened and told them I could pick my car up anytime that same day. I called around 5pm and was told my car was the next in line. I had to call AGAIN at 6:50pm 10 minutes before they close just to be told my car would not be ready today. I would have been happy to pick up my car the next day if they had the decency to call me and let me know instead of leaving me waiting for a phone call I was never going to get. So unprofessional."
