"Absolutely awful experience. Scheduled an appointment a month prior for 1pm for an oil change and a tire rotation and was told we would be able to get the car back at 4pm. We called at 4pm to check on the status and they said they hadn't even started working on the car and it would be gotten back to us at 6pm. We called again at 6pm and they said the car was just rolled into the shop. We eventually got the car back at 6:45pm, right before they close. A 45 minute job taking more than 5 hours is absurd. I understand mistakes happen but this level of service and communication was abysmal."
