Every single time, he is super responsive and always arrange to have a technician for me within a couple of hours—services for both times were covered by the annual maintenance plan. This morning, I found puddle of water around the AC drainage hole. I sent picture to Danny, who quickly identified the problem—clogged main floor pipe, which is a plumbing problem. When I told Danny if I do not have a to-go plumber, Danny offered to have his technician come and try using pressure air to clean it. He got me on the schedule for the afternoon and his technician showed up in 2 hours, and successfully unclogged the drain with pressure air.
