"They're great. I brought in my Dyson V7 today and the battery replacement was done within 30 mins. While they were at it, they cleaned the internals etc. One main complaint is their opening hours as they're very limited. Also the place had a really strong odor of animals for some reason, not great considering they're air filtration and vacuuming magicians."
"Bit unorganized but the two associates worked efficiently, repairing products on the spot while you wait. They were good with communication and the space is clean. This location is a bit far from my home so I stopped at a local vacuum repair shop first, was quoted $200 and ten days to fix. Given a false story about needing to disassemble the whole thing and solder electric back together etc. I’d seen YouTube videos about the trigger being relatively easy to fix so I decided to make the trip to the repair center for a second opinion. The fix took 10-15 mins and they didn’t charge me, despite my machine being out of warranty. Happy with my Dyson customer service experience!"
"Update: They have since changed their business hours (for the worst) and are now not open Fridays (in addition to Sat-Sun), and only open until 3pm other days (with a break for lunch, of course). I stopped by today at 2:30 and once again the store was closed. I drove to the mall and spoke to employees there who said this is a known issue with the service center and that their regional manager is involved. On my SIXTH call to HQ, I finally got an update that my product was shipped to the service center in Nashville TN. No one notified me about this. Dyson HQ apparently has no supervisors or managers that can provide explanations as to why this happened (apparently it is not standard practice). I'm told my only option is to call the service center in Nashville and get an update from them. Additionally, the canned response with email pasted below gets sent to a bot that offers zero help or support. I hope customers thinking about purchasing a Dyson product see this review and think twice. I only had my product a year and a half before it stopped working properly. The price is not worth the quality and this is brand I firmly believe no one should continue to support. A black hole for Dyson products. I dropped a fan off here over two weeks ago. I was told the product (under warranty - only 1.5 years old) would be fixed within a week. After a week I heard nothing. On the second week, I stopped by around 4:30pm and no one was there. While the hours online state they are only open until 4pm, there is a sign on the door stating their business hours are open until 5pm. It's now going on the 3rd week and I have no idea where my $800 fan is or the status of it's repair. The number listed routes to Dyson HQ and the Tyson's Mall store is not affiliated and said the best course of action is to just escalate the issue to management. The service center itself is unkempt and questionable looking. It's really a disgusting business practice for extremely expensive home items, as several others have noted a similar experience."
"Horrible experience : I live Md left my vacuum over 2 months ago. Walked in the dyson center a very untrained and intimidating man super rude. Aggressive when talking and handling the my receipt. After looking for 2 min he said my vacuum was not there and no idea where it was for me to call customer service to find out. Also mentioned the employee That handled my vacuum is not longer there . I mentioned was not my problem And I dropped off in a Dyson repair center and was they responsibility to find out where is my vacuum and give it me. He basically got in my face (6 feet tall men) calling himself as manager Rick. I m 5'1" woman . I felt scared intimidated and treated. I told him as i leaving the store empty handed that I would call customer service and sue Dyson. I have over 8 dyson products in my house and my business. They are not cheap. Maybe some that money should be for training. And hire people that likes what they do. Only 10 am and this man is mean and unprofessional. That is not excepted. He was rude with other ladies that was there as well. I m in front of repair center now on hold with Dyson customer service . Something needs to be done! I wonder if I want my vacuum back! I wonder if the way I treated was because gender or the color of my skin. I left because my kid was with me and we both got scared."
"I was just at the Dyson Service Center on Hilltop Rd and had a wonderful experience. William H. was courteous, friendly and very helpful. He saw me carrying my vacuum to the store and went outside and offered to carry it himself. Once inside the store, I explained the issue. William ran the vacuum himself, diagnosed the problem and told me that he can fix it right away. I really thought I would need to leave the vacuum there for a few days so that was very welcome news. William, I am very grateful for your help this AM. Big Thank You!"
