"A few years back, my phone sustained water damage and instantly died. We couldn't get it back up and working again and discovered that either through some fault of my own or some fluke of the phone, none of my thousands of pictures I had on there had backed up and were now pretty much gone for good. There were so many pictures on there of friends weddings, first time trips and hikes with my husband, and some pictures of some of the prettiest fall colors we've had in this region for as long as I can remember and they were all gone. I was upset about it for a long time, but couldn't find anyway to get the pictures back and couldn't find anyone who knew how to fix it for a reasonable price, so the phone got put up in a drawer somewhere and forgotten. One day after cleaning out the drawers I found it and just couldn't bring myself to get rid of it without a one last ditch effort to get the pictures back. We took it to recell and were told there was no guarantees that it would be fixable, but that it was possible to get it working at least long enough to get the pictures back. We were okay with this as the pictures were really important to us. A week or two later and he got the phone working! We were able to get all those precious pictures back for a good price without a long wait and the phone is still working even now. Definitely would not have been able to get those pictures back if I'd gone to anyone else. Would highly recommend!!!"
