"I called American Appliance regarding an issue with an LG dishwasher. They sent a repair person to check the unit. After some checks and starting a wash cycle, the repair person left. Thirty minutes later, the error code was back. I call the repair person directly to make him aware that the issue was not resolved. He said that he needed to talk with his office and would call back later in the day. There was no callback. I called their office the next day and spoke with the person scheduling service calls. He was not aware of the issue and said he needed to talk with the service person and would call back. That’s been two and a half weeks ago and I have not received a callback. Though they were eager to take my money for the initial service. I would not recommend using this business as they are totally unreliable."
"There was a loud banging noise when our washer was in the spin cycle. He figured it out quickly and repaired it in a few minutes. The owner was very knowledgeable and even gave us advice on what brands are least troublesome for other appliances in the future! Would use this company again!"
"The service technician was friendly & professional. He examined the machine. Replaced a Belt and Cog with spring. But after he departed, the washer began to squeak again on the 1st load. It continued to squeak on every load there after. NOTE: The washer only squeaks with the tub is turning to the left. Never does it squeak when turning to the right!!!"
