"This place was not quite reasonable at getting our car back after it was towed. We are from NC, so after we drive down to retrieve the car we were informed we needed the vehicle registration... which was in the car! On their lot! They wouldn't let us get the registration out of the car so we had to add an additional 3 hours to our trip to go back to the closest NC tag office to get a copy of the registration for the vehicle. 1.5 hours back to NC and 1.5 hours back to this towing company. We spent a total of 8 hours that day driving because we couldn't get our registration out of the vehicle on their lot. Pretty petty!"
