"I had called and ordered a screen and a back piece to my phone. Took a couple weeks for it to come in but it only took the guy an hour to fix it!!! Best service! Very friendly guy. And honestly for the front and back of my phone and labor for $106 (mine is not a fancy phone) was great pricing in my mind. "I have to say the gentleman here, including Chris, are super nice, straight forward and were the only ones between Johnson City and around Bristol that was able to help9 repair my Samsung tablet charging port. Not only were they nice, their cost was reasonable and they finished earlier than expected. I will definitely go back for any other phone or tablet tech issues. I definitely recommend them. I went to Best Buy prior to here, they wanted to charge me the same cost of the repair here, just to ship my tablet out to Samsung with no guarantee it could be fixed and prior to labor costs to fix it.
