"Be aware that you are charged installation of the broken part before you know how much the broken part is going to be. If the broken part comes back as expensive as a new appliance and you choose the new appliance, you are not refunded any of the installation fee that you have already paid. I paid $150 for the technician to look at my dryer for 5 minutes and be told that my drum was broken. I was forced to get a new dryer since I'm not going to pay $550 for a new drum with shipping and install. I asked for a partial refund for the installation part of this dryer service call and they refused. I will be using a different appliance company going forward. I suggest you do the same."
