"Twisted Fitness is a treat for sure!!! I love everything about the women there and the new friends I’ve made since I signed up in April. Once you go for the first time, it’s hard not to want to go back. They are all about women empowerment and uplifting women for who we are and where we’re at. I’ll be honest that I was nervous the first time I went to a class, but I warmed up really quick!!! I’ve become so much more confident at being sexy and appreciating my body where it is at. I love the diversity in the girls who take the classes as well as the wonderful ladies who teach the classes! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Super happy I joined and celebrated my birthday with these amazing women!!!!"

"**1 year update** I can't express just how much I needed this place in my life. My confidence has skyrocketed and my overall happiness is better. Everyone is so positive and kind. This place really makes you feel good about yourself. Not only because of the hard work you put in but, because everyone cares about you. The classes are mostly mixed level. So, there is no issue if you are at level zero. Every instructor is willing to work with your level of fitness and there is a class for everyone. I love this place. It's so welcoming and it feels like everyone is cheering for you. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend."

"I love the classes at Studio Rio’s Twisted Fitness. Whether it was a pole class or dance and fitness class, all of the instructors were kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. The community is a reflection of the energy there, one of camaraderie and cohesiveness. That goes a long way when trying something novel and on the fringe of my comfort zone. It’s well worth it! If you’re considering going, go! Definitely check out Rio’s, Exotica’s, Panther’s, and Quartz’s classes! I’m sure you will be happy you did AND you’ll feel more alive, confident, and embodied! I’m just sad that I moved out of state and no longer can attend classes. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely drop in for a class!"

"I love Studio Rio’s Twisted Fitness! I have been a member for about 4 months and attending classes for only a month longer than that and I already feel like I have learned so much and everyone (staff and other members/dancers) are so nice! They even have an Intro to Poles class for people like me, who had never even touched a pole before and was only being interested in poles, but when I decided to try their Dance/Fitness classes that don’t involve a pole, I was so glad that I did! I love every class that they offer! Highly recommend every woman come to Studio Rio’s at least once and see what I mean! I have invited several friends/family and they have all loved the classes and the friendly atmosphere that all the instructors bring! (Panther is my favorite! I highly recommend Panther for first timers!)"
