Several teachers have quit for the same reason. My children did not like going either. They make it seem like children are so problematic because they are untrained."

"We were sad to leave this daycare due to being stationed elsewhere. They treated our son as if he were family. My son has ADHD, the staff here was amazing with him. Some of the teachers taught him coping skills when he would get overwhelmed. They also gave him responsibilities which he loved. He went to this daycare for a little less then 4 years and if we get stationed back in VA Beach I pray they have availability!"

"I was working there for a year. I started off as an infant teacher, once we came back from the Pandemic I was promoted to assistant director. I ended up being the assistant director, the cook, the substitute, and a floater. I was only getting paid $10. The only perks about working there was getting free lunch, the coworkers that I was working with at the time, some of the kids, and being able to wear what you want. The director constantly played favorites, it was so hard to get a day off, the director would make you feel guilty about them being understaffed, and kids were allowed to do whatever they wanted. The owner is very kind. Would I work there again? No. Would I visit? Yes."
