"They did an extremely thorough inspection and cleaning, far more extensive than we’ve had from other companies. They provided an organized detailed report on all parts of our chimney that were not in ideal working order and options to repair them. It was more expensive than any other chimney sweep we have had ($350 compared to $200 range) but it was worth the cost! They spent 3 hours here compared to 30-45 minutes from other companies."

Jacob came earlier than expected but he called beforehand to make sure that was okay; he shared his knowledge about the structure of my specific chimney and things I could do to keep it in good shape for continued use; he showed me images from his inspection and recommendations; he was friendly, knowledgeable and he gave his service with a smile. He was very professional and considerate of the fact that I was working while he was there. After his cleaning and inspection, he used pictures that he'd taken to explain what he encountered and followed up with an emailed inspection report.
