"They did an extremely thorough inspection and cleaning, far more extensive than we’ve had from other companies. They provided an organized detailed report on all parts of our chimney that were not in ideal working order and options to repair them. It was more expensive than any other chimney sweep we have had ($350 compared to $200 range) but it was worth the cost! They spent 3 hours here compared to 30-45 minutes from other companies."

"I was very pleased with my experience. It was easy to get an appointment for an inspection and cleaning. Jacob came earlier than expected but he called beforehand to make sure that was okay; he shared his knowledge about the structure of my specific chimney and things I could do to keep it in good shape for continued use; he showed me images from his inspection and recommendations; he was friendly, knowledgeable and he gave his service with a smile. You could definitely tell that he enjoys his job! I had never had my chimney swept before and didn’t know what to expect. I had images of soot flying everywhere. Today they installed an MF Fire Nova fireplace insert- Isaac and Eric were extremely courteous and went well above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with the installation. "This process was very simple and convenient. The appointment was made via email, with reminders ahead of time. Jacob called ahead and arrived as expected. He was very professional and considerate of the fact that I was working while he was there. After his cleaning and inspection, he used pictures that he'd taken to explain what he encountered and followed up with an emailed inspection report. I was also invoiced via email and paid the invoice online - again - super convenient. I would recommend The Chimney Guys and will use their services again when the need arises. Thanks!"
