"Brian is great to work with from start to finish. I reached out to Brian through email and he responded within 2 hours. My computer would turn on, but wouldn't go to the Windows login screen. We chatted through emails and I decided to upgrade my SSD drive. I met up with him to give him my computer so he could see what he was working with. He had the new SSD drive within 2 days and it took him no time to install it and to transfer my data to the new hard drive. Brian is very accommodating to whatever you want done as he also installed a second hard drive that I had taken out of my old computer, but hadn't put in this computer. Brian is so thorough that he reached out the day after I picked up my computer to make sure everything was going OK after I had the computer back up and running. I would definitely use Brian again and recommend him to family and friends."
