They don't push to upsell you things you don't need, and they explain every thing in a way that is easy to understand. I like that I can also return to the store to have fluids topped off at no charge between oil changes. This has been a real time saver for me. I feel like they help me take good car of my car. "Tough one here. $155 for an oil change on a Chevy 6.2. Its an 8 qt change, but that feels pricey. I didn't have time to do it myself due to travel, so lesson learned. Team was very polite, and explained everything. Offered a bottle of water. I was in the bay for about 35 minutes. Felt like it was too long. If I'm going to one of these places, I'm looking for speed and service. They nailed the customer service side, so they get three stars for that. Honest about my air filter...didn't need changed. Pretty sure they didn't air the tires, as I left with one at 29 psi. They took a swing, but not a five star visit."
