Christian was very attentive to my needs and serviced my mother’s home within the hour for my time sensitive repair request. These guys were fair priced, along with excellent customer service. "Are these guys even licensed? We had a water line valve installed a couple years ago, and lemme tell ya that was a mistake. After their “fix” broke and flooded our basement an actual plumber pointed out to me that they used half as many clamps as is standard (really guys, those things can’t be that expensive?) and that they even put Teflon tape onto a fitting with barbs which rendered the barbs useless. My wife called them when she was a new homeowner and new in town, and we now know that she got ripped off and paid way too much ($1300) for a “fix” that we had to have corrected a couple years later for less than half the price! From what I can gather, this is common practice amongst this business and everyone in town seems to know it. Unless you plan on having an aquatic basement, I would recommend you stay away from this company. I will be reporting this to DPOR as well."

"Stay away from these guys! They up charged me for a well pump that I didn’t need after lying to me about how deep my well was. They were over priced to start with and charged me for replacing a well pump that was supposed to be 450 feet deep. After 18 months the pump they installed failed due to a lack of power. They would not fix it under warranty because they said their warranty is only 12 months. I was told it would cost $800 to pull the pump and inspect it. I decided to use a different company because they were not standing by their work. The other company informed me that the well is only 250 feet deep and the pump installed by Stanley was installed wrong which is what caused the failure. At that point, I decided to have the new crew fix it which cost about 1/3 of what Stanley charged me. Stanley plumbing is not a honest or reliable. They will try to sell you thinks you don’t need and do a terrible job that won’t last long term. I recommend looking elsewhere. I had a great experience with Clearwater well and pump. I recommend trying them! Adding a note in response to the reply in their comment. They are straight up liars! Here is a picture of the contract I have from them."
