"Find yourself a different spot to bring your car to. To their benefit, the person I worked with was kind and friendly, and they were expedient. The costs on parts however are typical of a garage who's looking to make a predatorial margin. One example, I was charged what it would cost me at the store to replace both wiper blades. Not only were these blades most likely bought at wholesale, the shop only replaced the one that was defective. After seeing how the owner treated another customer, I figured my time would best be served letting the public know, you will get got here. Business practices have changed, this is not a shop that i see surviving that change. If anyone knows a garage in the northern shenandaoh Valley who genuinely cares about the longevity of their relationship with their customers, please let me know."

"This place should not have a 4.4 star rating. This guys are kind and courteous and very quick. Came in for a mount and balance and was greeted before I even walked in. Then was immediately directed to the bay where they do the tires and was promptly assisted with my service issue. Was then walked over to the main office where I paid and by the time I went back to the bay they were finished. I’ll 100% be coming back for all tire needs."

"Rick’s Auto always does a really great job in checking out my car when I take it in. I’ve had a couple bad experiences with some places around town, but these guys are awesome! They never haggle me about a price (which is VERY reasonable considering inflation right now), and before they do anything to my car they call me first to tell me what should be done then ask what I want done. It’s better than most car repair places where they don’t tell you anything, do all the services they think needs done, then hand you the bill for an insane amount of money. These guys are really great and I don’t take my car anywhere else!"

"Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto care centre is with Rick and his team. Got a flat on the way to Shenandoah therefore stopped by Rick’s place to have my rental car tire replaced. We had so many issues with the car at the time that we ended up having to leave the car there so that the rental company could tow the car and that we could continue our journey. Rick and his team were all so helpful and down to earth and offered to sort it out for us. If you’re looking for someone for your auto care needs look no further! You’ll be in great hands!! It’s comforting to know that there’s still someone out there who’s willing to help when you need it without taking advantage of you. My family and I thank you Rick and Jasper and we’re very grateful for the help! Needless to say meeting you guys was the highlight of our Shenandoah trip! ;)"

"On a recent family road trip from New Hampshire to Tennesse via the Shenandoah Skyline Drive, our car picked up a screw in the tire at the Antietam Battlefield. Given the amount of driving we were doing and the destinations were headed to, we needed to get this fixed quickly to keep our vacation on track. We tried several shops to get it fixed on the way, but Rick's Auto Care was the only shop that seemed to want to help me and my family out. We only needed a quick plug for the tire to fix the leak. They were able to get us in quickly and juggled a few things to take care of us and get us back on our way so we could get to our reservations. Most of the shops we stopped at would not be able to even look at the tire for 4+ hours or even until the next day. Jasper and the team there were great and really saved our vacation. When you are far away from home it is really nice to know that there are still people out there that care enough to want to help you and not just take advantage of you. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out if you need any service for your car."
